Breakdancer

I have a bad habit of doing things I'm not ready for. It's like sitting down to play the piano for the first time and expecting to be able to pull off Chopin. I had a heck of a time with the hands in this one and I blame Stephanie for complimenting my hands in the last post, which must have cursed me ;) Anyway, I've always loved watching breakdancers and felt inspired to try painting one.

Keep on doing things you're not ready for. : )
Most success in painting comes from the ability to stick with it.

Thanks, Leslie. That's encouraging. I think I'll do something less complicated next time just to protect my ego though!

You captured it! Dizzying, just like the real thing. Good work.

Thanks, guys. A. Decker, I like your profile picture. It's interesting in an eerie kind of way.

I REALLY like this one! You somehow GOT how he's moving and static at the same time. Very cool.
